America's billionaire infestation, 13 in Trump’s cabinet alone, reveals a rot where wealth buys power unchecked, a circus of chaotic capitalism breeding inequality.

Meanwhile, in China regularly cracks down on the rich driving down inequality, and avoiding crises. Washington's "freedom" model, by contrast, is a pyramid scheme for the rich. Who truly serves the people? Follow the hospitals built versus yachts launched.

The only solution to the hell being created before us is a total dismantling of this system and the building of a new one. Technology is not a dirty word, but in a world where only a handful of people reap the spoils, the gains made by technology will always be absorbed by the top. However, the enthusiastic participation of the Democratic Party in these events raises important questions. While it’s true that Trump-era policies incited widespread anger, the Democratic Party itself has long-standing contradictions that complicate its role in any genuine anti-war or anti-imperialist movement. Historically, both Democratic and Republican administrations have supported the expansion of NATO and U.S. military interventions abroad. Under President Obama, for example, the United States carried out mass deportations — more than any other administration — and participated in NATO-led operations that devastated countries like Libya.

These contradictions were apparent on April 5 in Los Angeles. The Harriet Tubman Center for Social Justice had endorsed the protest and planned to send a speaker, this writer. However, the center’s representative was removed from the speakers list after refusing to support continued U.S. military aid to Ukraine and voicing opposition to NATO.

What the f*** is going on? Attacks on the disabled and the elderly, hundreds of thousands of children in poverty, people are starving and there are thousands of food banks. Meanwhile the UK PM sucks up to a mad US President, prostrating himself while hoping for crumbs from his table. But on the bright side England is getting a new theme park. Why do we put up with all of this? How far do things have to go before the people will say, "Enough"?

How do we navigate a World where so many think that the actions of the Israeli state led by Netanyahu is a positive or where so many applaud Donald Trump for crashing the World economy? What are sensible people supposed to do when intolerance and extremism are on the rise? Why do so many mock the idea of fairer societies where it isn't normal for the rich to get more and more? It is a sad and worrying time.
